Adult Classes
Most classes begin with a floor and standing warmup to strengthen, stretch, and balance the body.
Sequences focus on joint articulation, balance, footwork, and preparing the body to move through space.
Concepts drawn from the infinite possibilities of time, space, and energy are explored through given movement combinations as well as through improvisation.

Beginning Modern Dance
An exploration of basic technical skills and creative expression at the heart of Modern Dance. Guided warmups, simple floor and center work, and short movement phrases support strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness. Opportunities to improvise encourage individual creative expression and a deeper embodiment of class themes. No previous experience is needed — just curiosity and a comfortable space to move.
