First Friday Improv
First Friday Improv is an open, welcoming space for people of all ages and all levels of ability.
It’s a chance to explore, play, and connect through improvised movement — no dance experience necessary.
Most evenings include live musical accompaniment as well as a soothing sound meditation for a relaxing, restorative finish.
